I went and had a little free make-up lesson today with my favourite make-up brand Benefit. I've never done it before but wow, getting your make-up done by someone else is so relaxing! They showed me how to do my eyebrows perfectly, and ended up doing my whole face as the shop was really quiet. There were so many things I wanted to buy but I didn't let myself, I could have spent hundreds! I ended up buying a Boi-ing concealer, Brow Zings eyebrow palette and the Hoola bronzer as mine has nearly run out. I am not a big make-up fan so usually just buy cheap brand make-up from Boots, but since my eyebrows and dark circles round my eyes are a big issue for me, I thought i'd splash out, even if it did set me back just over £60 :(
I couldn't go into town and walk past Topshop without buying something... and by something I mean lots and lots of spiked jewellery and a body chain. I wanted some cute stock for my online shop, and know that these will be popular for those who can't get to a Topshop store!
I also popped into H&M and found the most amazing thick trench coat for just £10. It's a bit creased and covered in fluff but nothing that a bit of TLC won't cure! I picked up a pair of gloves and when I got to the till found that they were not £3 but reduced to just £1! So I grabbed three more pairs, as they will always come in handy. I also got a couple of scarves for £2 each.
A successful day of shopping indeed! I'm now gonna cook some dinner and do a bit of uni work.
Have a lovely day :)
