SMUT it up

WOW T-SHIRT: Fairground via Sample sale, £5
JEANS: Vintage via Car boot sale, £2
BELT: Car boot sale, 50p
BEANIE: c/o SMUT
CREEPERS: New Look, £25
SOCKS: New Look
LIPSTICK: Rimmel

I finally found a pair of perfect fitting "mum jeans". I've had a few pairs over the last couple of years - but since they're vintage they always come up small, so I never know what size to order when buying on eBay or at car boot sales. So i've always had ill fitting ones which are either waaay too big, or suuuper tight around the waist/crotch but baggy on the legs, not cool. I took a chance with these, the label says they're a size 14 but I beg to differ! For £2 I couldn't really say no. They're a little on the loose side on me but I quite like that look, and i'm soooo happy with them. I can see myself living in these from now on because they simply go with EVERYTHING. Unfortunately they aren't Levi's but i'm not too bothered, i'll probably cover up the back label with a cute floral patch anyway.

I paired them with my new Fairground tee to "run a few errands" yesterday. (I feel soo American saying that, I never used to know what "errands" meant when I heard it in American films!). I picked up this beaut at a sample sale at Out & About Showroom last week and i'm in love. It's really thin material but feels so expensive, not to mention how fab the print it. And last but not least, my beloved SMUT beanie, which I have been living in lately. It's so cosy and doesn't give me a Smurf shaped head!

Your jeans look great on you, wish I could find vintage ones would have saved me a bundle rather than buying new ones. Love your lipstick aswell.

Love how you've styled this entire outfit. I'm rapidly gettimg bored of the monochrome trend because it's all the same but this has given me faith that with the right styling it can still look amazing!
