It's rare I post "out out" personal photos on the blog, but since I never managed to get any good quality photos for this outfit, I thought i'd do some cropping and just post these :) hope you guys don't mind too much! Sometimes I like seeing something a bit different on other blogs though, the standard "outfit pose" thing can get a bit boring sometimes, and personal photos bring a bit of personality to a blog.
This is what I wore to two of my old school friend's joint 21st birthday party last Friday. We managed to brave the snow and got there in the end, even if it did mean wearing leggings underneath and two jumpers, a fur coat, gloves, scarf and Dr Martens to get there and back! One thing I hate about the snow is how everyone thinks the world has to stop just because of it. A lot of people didn't turn up which I thought was so out of order. There's always a way to get somewhere in the snow even if you have to walk! Anywhooo, it was a really good night and I caught up with loads of my old school friends who I haven't seen in years, so it was a bit of a reunion!

These shoes! I need these shoes! You wear houndstooth print so so well. I genuinely look like one of my gran's best mates when I wear loud prints (which wouldn't be hugely horrific 'cause she throws the most bitchin'est tea parties)...
