#RISINGSTARS

DRESS: c/o Tinned Bananas
KIMONO: Vintage via eBay, £12
SHOES: Jeffrey Campbell via eBay, £40 (similar here)

I popped along to the Company Magazine rising stars music party last night with my blogger bestie Shope. It was held in the most fabulous venue in east London - The Queen of Hoxton, which has the cutest roof terrace - full of flowers and pastel painted furniture, SO my kind of place, will definitely be going back there on a sunny day in the city!

The event itself was showcasing new and up-and-coming talent, which was so good I completely forgot to photograph, doh! We were spoilt with a super fancy BBQ, cocktails, henna, and ladies doing hair and nails.

Since it was such a lovely evening, I thought it was the perfect opportunity to wear this little number by Tinned Bananas. I am not a tight mini dress kinda gal usually, so I covered up in this fabulous vintage kimono I found on eBay. It's probably like an old woman's dressing gown but whatevz. The rainbow shoes made yet another appearance, I can't get enough of them.

Thanks to Shope for being a fab photographer (I wish I had someone to follow me round and take blog pictures all the time!) and Company for putting on such a fab event!
